The Practice, however, will see clients outside normal office hours, evenings, weekends and even public holidays, where necessary.
Miscarriage of Justice - Pro Bona Work (Free Service)
In exceptional cases where we believe a serious miscarriage of justice has occurred and where the person concerned or their family are unable to pay or are not eligible for legal aid,we will provide ourservices without charge for investigating and representing those concerned.
Making Ourselves Available To Our Clients

Thrity Minuets Of Free Advice
Subject to demand and availability and at our sole discretion we will generally be prepared to provide an initial 30 minute consultation free charge to determine whether the Practice can assist either directly or through one of our associates or suggest where it should be referred.
The hourly rates are available on request including a written estimate of the anticipated fees.
The Practice operates policy of equality, treating all persons equally with regard to race, religion, colour, age or sexual orientation and in addition will accommodate those suffering from disability in arranging to take their instructions at their home or wherever is more convenient.
We provide a detailed analysis of the likely costs and hourly rate which will be applied to any individual matter, and may be subject to negotiation depending upon the circumstances of the individual and the case itself.
